The quantum-spin $S=1/2$ chain system ${\mathrm{Cs}}_{2}\mathrm{Cu}{\mathrm{Cl}}_{4}$ is of high interest due to competing antiferromagnetic intrachain $J$ and interchain exchange ${J}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ interactions represents a paramount example for Bose-Einstein condensation magnons [R. Coldea et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 88, 137203 (2002)]. Substitution chlorine by bromine allows tuning the corresponding magnetic frustration. Thereby, anisotropic contributions may be decisive resulting ground state. Here we report on electron spin resonance (ESR) in single crystals ${\mathrm{Cs}}_{2}\mathrm{Cu}{\mathrm{Cl}}_{4\ensuremath{-}x}{\mathrm{Br}}_{x}$ with aim analyze evolution these contributions. main source ESR linewidth attributed uniform Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction. vector components interaction are determined from angular dependence spectra using high-temperature approximation. obtained results support site selectivity Br substitution suggested lattice parameters susceptibility dependent concentration.
